The ClientThis Government Agency is well established in Queensland and is in charge of all the infrastructures throughout.The OpportunityWe are seeking a reliable and professional Supervisor to support the delivery of a home security upgrade program across the Townsville region. This rewarding role involves working directly with seniors in the community to ensure their homes are safe and secure.About the Role:
The Supervisor will be responsible for visiting private residences to assess the current security of doors, windows, screens, and other entry points. You will identify areas requiring upgrades, take photographs using an iPad, and record detailed notes of the work required. All information must be uploaded promptly and accurately while on site.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections of private homes and assess security features
Engage respectfully and professionally with seniors during home visits
Identify areas requiring security upgrades
Capture photographs and detailed notes on an iPad
Upload all information in real-time while on site

About You:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage seniors respectfully
High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
Comfortable using an iPad or similar device to capture photos and notes
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
Experience in inspections, home security, building trades, or a related field will be highly regarded
