We acknowledge that there's a huge spectrum of different vendors and applications out there, and it's unlikely that any candidate will be a perfect fit for our particular suite, so a perfectly matched skill-set is not a critical requirement for a successful application.About the team and role; Centorrino Technologies are predominately a Managed Services Provider, as we've grown we have built our own service provider network and IAAS platform in order to better support our clients. The Infrastructure Team own and manage this core ISP network, private cloud platform, ancillary services, and supporting network.RequirementsHere's what you'll be doing:
  • Day to day management of provisioning and troubleshooting tickets
  • Planning and implementation of network related projects
  • Responding to incidents and resolving issues escalated by the client facing teams in a timely manner
  • Datacenter work – patching, installs, removals
  • Maintenance – software and firmware updates
  • Ensuring documentation and procedures are always up to date
Here’s what you’ll bring:
  • Strong fundamental networking knowledge of layer 2/3/4 protocols
  • Experience with BGP, MPLS and OSPF
  • Security fundamentals and experience configuring firewalls.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • A quick learner with the willingness to learn and study in your own time to further your career
  • Must be able to obtain an NV1 security clearance.
The technology and vendors;
  • Juniper routers and switching
  • Cisco routers and switching
  • Fortigate firewalls
  • VMWare NSX networking
  • Linux and Windows
Some other things that would be a bonus;
  • Experience with Voice and SIP call flow troubleshooting.
  • Experience with VMWare ESXi, Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Experience with other Fortinet products - Manager, Analyzer, EMS, SIEM
  • Certifications with any of the mentioned vendors
