We exclusively work with Premium brands from Margaret River and surrounding areas, as well as our own wine brand, Domaine Naturaliste.We are currently seeking Cellar Hands for approx. 4 months from February 2026. The role is primarily cellar based but will also include laboratory work as required.We have a small but highly skilled team, candidates can expect a high level of investment and training, as well as a certain amount of responsibility in the role.Job Requirements The ideal candidates will have the following skills and characteristics:- Australian Residence or a valid working visa for Australia.- A valid Australian forklift license.- Your own means of transport to and from the winery site.- Experience in wineries; in particular with regards operations such as rackings and transfers, inoculation, lees filtration, floatation, barrel work, juice/wine additions, red pump-overs, fruit processing and general press operation.- A strong work ethic and personal drive.- A keen interest in, and the motivation, to learn on the job and acquire new skills and levels of understanding pertaining to premium fruit and winemaking.- A high level of attention to detail in all tasks.- A firm grasp of and rigorous attitude towards cellar hygiene.We offer the following:- The opportunity to work with premium fruit and wine from across Western Australia in a state-of-the-art winery where product integrity and expression of terroir are paramount.- Work with and learn from consistent award and trophy winning Winemakers in an environment of complete transparency.- The chance to challenge yourself to achieve new and greater levels of efficiency, process understanding, resilience and qualitative fortitude within a dynamic team of wine industry professionals.
