- Leadership training is available and provided by the Tasmanian Health Service in partnership with University of Tasmania.
- Being part of a dynamic and well supported team committed to delivering high quality trauma informed mental health services to children and young people who are in out of home care.
- Undertaking clinical services through the provision of complex case management, assessment, and individual therapies, including the development and implementation of specialised treatment programs
- Working alongside innovative team leaders and consultant psychiatrists to develop new child and youth mental health services in Tasmania.
- Leading and working with an amazing and diverse group of clinicians as part of the collaborative multidisciplinary team, including the provision of support and consultation to other team members as required.
- Compressive knowledge of relevant, evidenced-based contemporary approaches to child and youth mental health services together with experience working as a senior health professional in relevant clinical practice settings.
- Demonstrated experience working in a recovery-orientated, trauma informed care approach to children, young people and their families/significant others to ensure positive outcomes within the program area.
- Salary range is in accordance with Allied Health Professionals Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement No.2 of 2022
- Please note that access to salaries beyond $130,900 is subject to qualifications and/or application to the personal upgrade scheme.

- Satisfactory completion of an approved allied health professional tertiary qualification/program of study and registered with the relevant National Board or, in the case of self-regulated allied health professions, full membership/eligible for membership with the relevant professional association
- Current Working with Children Registration
- Current Driver's Licence
- A minimum of 3 years' experience relevant to the role
- Holds or is working towards post graduate qualifications relevant to the role
