We're seeking someone with strong market insight, excellent industry connections, and a proven ability to lead and inspire teams.What You’ll Be Doing:Build and lead a high-performing Adelaide-based transport team, mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of technical excellence.Deliver major roads and highways projects from concept to detailed design.Leverage your market knowledge and network to help grow our business across South Australia.Provide strategic and technical leadership across multidisciplinary project teams.Oversee project operations including quality assurance, risk mitigation, and cost control.Collaborate with clients, government bodies (including DIT), and stakeholders to deliver integrated and innovative solutions.Champion digital engineering practices including 12D modelling, BIM integration, and ProjectWise coordination.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).Strong local industry knowledge and established networks in the South Australian transport sector.Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.Proven success in delivering large-scale roads and highways infrastructure projects.Expertise in 12D, AutoCAD, and comprehensive understanding of Austroads and DIT standards.A collaborative, commercially minded professional with a passion for growing a business.Why This Role?This is a rare opportunity to shape and lead the future of KBR’s transport offering in Adelaide.
