The First Start Program primarily targets young Queensland school leavers and disadvantaged job seekers considered at risk of enduring prolonged periods of unemployment and accordingly, certain information is required from applicants to confirm eligibility for participation.A copy of the Guidelines for Funding for the First Start Program is available below:

- Queensland Class “C” drivers’ licence or the ability to obtain
