One of Australia's best known organisations is currently looking for an experienced Network Operations Team Leader to join their thriving, busy team.Acting as a 2IC to the Infrastructure Manager, this role will oversee the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise IT operations. This is a hands-on leadership role managing a high performing team across network services functions, and is responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable network services for mission critical business operations.You will be leading the planning, design, implementation, and support of enterprise network infrastructure, and should have expertise across:
  • R&S, LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, wireless, firewalls, and data centre connectivity
  • Day to day network operations and network optimisation
  • Team leadership and mentoring
  • Managing vendor relationships, SLAs, budgets, and project delivery for network related initiatives
  • Collaborating with security, cloud, and application teams to align network strategy with broader enterprise architecture
  • Overseeing ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Managing large-scale, multi-site enterprise network operations
