We're excited to launch our new Inclusive Employment Australia - Mental Health Specialist division and are looking for a passionate and driven Employer Partnerships Manager to join our team.This is your chance to combine strategic business development with real social impact - helping employers build diverse teams while creating meaningful opportunities for people living with mental health conditions, disability, and injury.About the RoleAs the Employer Partnerships Manager, you'll be the key connector between employers and participants. Your focus will be on building strong business relationships and ensuring sustainable employment outcomes.You will:
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with local and national employers, understanding their workforce needs and creating customised, inclusive job opportunities.
  • Exceed targets, driving high performance and contributing to the growth and success of Inclusive Employment Australia and Workplace Rehabilitation services.
  • Advocate for inclusive employment practices and support employers to implement effective workplace adjustments.
  • Collaborate with Employment Consultants, Allied Health Clinicians, and Rehabilitation Consultants to align job opportunities with participant aspirations.
  • Promote the benefits of hiring people with disability, helping businesses realise the value of a diverse workforce.
  • Drive business development and market growth for Inclusive Employment Australia and Workplace Rehabilitation services.
  • Celebrate successes with employers and participants, showcasing the impact of inclusive employment.

About YouWe're looking for someone with:
  • Experience in account management, business development, recruitment, or employer engagement.
  • Strong employer networks (highly regarded).
  • Knowledge of employment services, workplace rehabilitation, or disability/mental health support (desirable).
  • Excellent relationship management and influencing skills.
  • Current driver's licence and car and ability to obtain required clearances.
