We have a great opportunity for you to start or build your career in the Waste Industry delivering essential waste management services across South East Melbourne. We are currently seeking experienced and safety-focused HR drivers for ongoing opportunities operating Rear Lift, Hook Lift, or Front Lift trucks. On offer are fantastic pay rates ($36 ph + penalties & allowances) and ongoing work. Early starts at 2am with early finishes available in Danenong SouthLocation: Dandenong South VICPay Rate: From $36 per hourShifts: Monday to Friday | Early starts between 2:00 AM - 3:00 AMShift Duration: 8-10 hours per shiftKey Responsibilities

Operate Rear Lift, Hook Lift, or Front Lift trucks for scheduled commercial waste collections
Complete pre-start checks and ensure vehicle is maintained to safety standards
Follow route schedules efficiently and report any delays or issues
Communicate clearly with dispatch and site supervisors
Adhere to all site safety protocols, including PPE and hazard identification

Requirements

Valid HR Truck Licence
Minimum 6-12 months HR driving experience (waste industry experience highly regarded)
Strong reliability and commitment to early morning starts
Physically fit with the ability to safely enter and exit the vehicle repeatedly throughout the shift
Driving history report required
