- Experience as Sous Chef/ Chef De Partie Chef

- Passion for exceptional food quality and guest satisfaction
- Commitment to brand standards and hygiene
- Knowledge of rostering (desired)
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (desired)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- Understanding of food cost control and kitchen operations
