- Project Management: Lead and manage L&D projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.
- Learning Needs Analysis: Conduct learning needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across Divisions and support the development of Divisional Capability Frameworks.
- Program Development and Delivery: Design and develop innovative learning programs, including workshops and blended learning solutions, that align with Mirvac's strategic goals.
- Facilitation and Delivery: Facilitate engaging and impactful training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels, including people leaders.
- Evaluation and Reporting: Implement robust evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and conduct regular reviews of learning outcomes to determine ROI.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives are aligned with business needs and objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development and continuously seek opportunities to enhance Mirvac's L&D offerings.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Provide mentorship and coaching to employees to support their professional development and career progression.
- Ad hoc Responsibilities: Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to prioritise and manage unexpected demands effectively.
