In this role, you will work as part of a collaborative, supportive finance team managing the treasury function for the project.Webuild is delivering the design and construction of the New Women and Babies Hospital in Perth, Western Australia. Commissioned by the Western Australia Government, the project is destined to replace the century-old King Edward Memorial Hospital and will expand the healthcare services for women, children and their families in the State of West Australia, transforming the capacity of two important healthcare campuses: the Fiona Stanley Hospital complex and the Osborne Park Hospital.Who we areWebuild in Australia is comprised of Webuild, Clough and e2o.   • Accounts payable data entry
  • Accounts payable reconciliation
  • Payment selection and EFT preparation
  • Liaising with project staff regarding invoice approvals
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding queries
  • Distributing invoices for approval
What you will bring to the team:
  • A positive attitude, exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Prior experience in an Accounts Payable role using a large ERP system (SAP Preferred).
  • Ability to build rapport with internal staff and external suppliers.
  • Advanced MS Office suite skill; proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
