What You’ll Be Doing:You'll play a key role in bringing projects to life, gaining exposure to every stage—from reviewing tenders to cost analysis and post-award follow-ups. Expect hands-on experience and on-the-job training to fast-track your career.

Assist in preparing tenders, contracts, and project documents
Engage with clients & understand their project needs
Research material, labour, and equipment costs
Follow up with potential clients & help secure contracts
Gain practical site experience & learn industry best practices
Collaborate with experienced professionals & sharpen your skills

What We’re Looking For:We don’t expect you to be an expert – we’ll train you! But we’d love to hear from you if you:

Have a passion for the construction, mining, or engineering industry
Are a recent graduate or studying towards a Degree/Diploma in Building, Construction, or a related field (preferred but not essential!).
Have some experience in construction, mining, or metal fabrication (preferred but not essential!)
Are a fast learner with strong attention to detail
Have great communication & teamwork skills
Are computer savvy and eager to learn industry software (AutoCAD, SAPB1, MS Projects – bonus but not required!)
Live in Geraldton or are willing to relocate
Have the legal right to work in Australia
