3+ years of experience leading multi-site retail teams
Proven success managing stand-alone stores with individual $1M+ turnover
Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse reports and drive business performance
Ability to execute strategies, achieve results, and lead by example
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working at a fast pace
