- Work with Marketing Manager to develop and manage the brand positioning strategy for sub-brands (venues/outlets) as needed.
- Contribute to the development of the Hospitality marketing campaigns planning.
- Refine promotion, offer, and event concepts adhering to brand guidelines and budget to determine qualification criteria, promotion/offer mechanics, event times, conditions, and exclusions.
- Write briefs for creative development and campaign planning, with sufficient lead-times for requirements to be fulfilled.
- Engage with legal and compliance team to create T&Cs for promotions, offers and ticketed events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key Business Unit representatives, to ensure alignment on initiatives delivered.
- Bachelor of Marketing or another relevant field.
- 1 - 3 years brand marketing experience (high-end hospitality, beverage, entertainment, or retail preferred)
- Experience supporting or managing integrated campaigns.
- Proven success in driving results with an absolute passion for brand marketing
- Strong communications skills to influence stakeholders at all levels and ensure alignment across the organisation.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
