Applications Close: 19/09/2025.About UsKeystone Conservation Pty Ltd is a multidisciplinary ecological management and consultancy organisation dedicated to delivering premium services in bushland restoration and biodiversity conservation.About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and skilled Conservation Practitioner to join our growing team. The successful applicant will be involved in on-ground ecological restoration works, including but not limited to:
  • Weed control using chemical, mechanical and manual methods.
  • Revegetation and habitat restoration.
  • Monitoring and reporting on site conditions and works undertaken.
  • Operation and maintenance of tools, equipment, and vehicles.
  • Contributing to safe work practices and environmental compliance.
Key Selection Criteria
  • Motivated by a strong sense of purpose in contributing to ecological restoration.
  • Drive for continual improvement.
  • Cert III or above in conservation & land management, or natural resource management.
  • Practical skills in bushland restoration, plant identification and ecology.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • White Card.
  • Current driver's licence.
  • Chemical Handling Certificate (ACUP or equivalent).
  • Chainsaw lvl II (desirable).
  • First Aid lvl II (desirable).
