As a Strata Broker, you’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of strata clients. You'll work closely with internal teams and underwriters to deliver tailored insurance solutions, maintain strong relationships, and ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery.Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of strata clients with a focus on retention and service excellence
Prepare and present renewal documents, quotes, and policy recommendations
Liaise with underwriters to negotiate terms and ensure competitive offerings
Respond to client queries and provide expert guidance on strata policies
Identify opportunities to expand coverage or cross-sell additional services

What We’re Looking For:

5 years previous experience in strata broking (or property-related general insurance)
