Who We're Looking ForSomeone who:

Has experience running or supervising operations in a park, motel, resort, or similar setting
Leads from the front, with a strong focus on coaching and motivating your team
Can jump into systems like RMS or similar reservation platforms
Understands the basics of budgeting and revenue management
Is guest-obsessed and thrives on making people feel welcome
Is ready to roll up your sleeves and help out where needed

What You'll Do

Support daily park operations, including handling after-hours callouts
Oversee check-ins, guest accounts, and bookings
Help manage budgets and identify revenue opportunities
Coach and support staff to deliver amazing customer service
Contribute ideas to boost marketing and guest numbers
