Nestled in the heart of the picturesque Hunter Valley, is an award-wining cocktail bar & restaurant seeking a dynamic Front of House/Shift Supervisor to join their team.About:Surrounded by vineyards and offering breathtaking views of the landscape, the restaurant provides an unparalleled dining experience that complements the region's rich history and vibrant culture. With a commitment to excellence, who pride themselves on delivering exceptional cuisine and hospitality to their guests.The Role: Front of House/Shift Supervisor
Position: Part-time (30 hours) with the potential for full-time hours during busy periods
Weekend availability is a must, for both day and night. However, you will receive one weekend off per month.
Hourly Rate: Starting from $28 on weekdays and $33 on weekends
Responsibilities include:
Opening and closing the venue in the absence of a manager
General waiting duties and bar work as required
Hosting and ensuring smooth service flow
Interacting with customers to provide exceptional service
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the venue
Running food and drinks efficiently
Managing a designated section to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a similar role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
