Design & Build is working with a well-established, luxury, developer builder to find a Structural Foreman for a permanent position. The successful applicant will work on a high rise residential project on the Sunshine Coast which is estimated to complete in 2027.Our client pride themselves on team culture and is looking for someone to match this. You will be joining a motivated and hard working team on an exciting project with a strong pipeline of future work.The Position
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience working as a structural foreman on multistorey projects valued $80M +, ideally for a head contractor.Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the co-ordination of the trades people and sub-contractors on site and be able to push the project in order to achieve timely milestones. Great career progression as the company anticipates a strong growth in the years to come, creating more opportunities internally.Your Experience and Qualifications

Must have recent experience as a structural foreman
Multistorey residential project experience valued $80M +
Confidence in your abilities to communicate with Senior Management and sub-contractors alike
Ability to hold toolbox talks and promote safe work sites
The ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team
Ability to write short-term construction programmes
