
Customer Service Consultant

- Monday - Friday between 7.00am - 8.30pm
- Saturday – Sunday 8.30am-5pm
- Be the first point of contact for our members, assisting them with any queries, changes or support they may need in relation to a range of RAC products and services.
- Provide efficient and friendly support to 50-60 members daily, to understand their individual needs and recommend RAC products and services that best suit their lifestyle and preferences
- Develop your knowledge of RAC products and Services through a full time training and upskilling program, allowing you to support a larger range of members
- Confidently navigate multiple technology systems while simultaneously providing support and having engaging conversations with members
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role - if you’ve worked in a role with KPIs or targets this would be considered highly advantageous
- Excellent communication and comprehension skills and understand how to connect with people from all walks of life
- You’re a natural problem solver and can think on your feet to find suitable solutions
- You thrive under pressure, adapt quickly to change, and maintain composure in fast-paced environments
