As a Technical Line Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and operating production machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This hands-on role involves supervising operators, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery across the assigned line.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and minimize downtime.
- Lead, train, and mentor machine operators to enhance team performance.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and food manufacturing standards (GMP, HACCP).
- Monitor production quality, ensuring products meet company standards.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Perform routine maintenance and support major breakdown repairs.
- Maintain accurate production records and shift reports.
- 3-5 years' experience as a machine/production operator in a food manufacturing (GMP/FMCG) environment.
- 1-2 years' leadership experience as a Line Lead, Supervisor, or Technical Lead.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Experience with process optimization, continuous improvement, and reducing waste.
- SAP experience preferred but not essential.
- Ongoing / temp to perm position for right candidates
