Location: Northern Suburbs | Morning Shift | $65-$70/hr | Temp-to-Perm OpportunityA leading and well-established food manufacturing company in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead maintenance operations on the morning shift. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team and secure a temp-to-perm role with excellent long-term prospects.The RoleThe Electrical Supervisor will oversee a small team of electricians while remaining hands-on with troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement of electrical systems and equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily activities of the electrical maintenance teamPerform and oversee preventative and reactive maintenanceLead electrical fault finding and troubleshootingEnsure minimal downtime and maximum plant efficiencySupport continuous improvement projects and initiativesEnsure compliance with electrical safety and site standardsMentor and guide tradespeople and apprenticesCollaborate with production and engineering teamsMaintain accurate records in CMMS systemsEnsure adherence to OHS, GMP, HACCP, and site policiesAbout YouLicensed A-Grade Electrician with relevant trade qualificationsPrevious supervisory or senior maintenance experience in food or FMCGStrong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, and automationExcellent communication and leadership skillsHands-on, proactive approach with solid problem-solving abilitiesCompetent in using CMMS systemsAvailable to work morning shift on a full-time basisForklift licence and additional qualifications are a plusWhat's On Offer$65-$70 per hour (based on experience)Full-time morning shiftTemp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidateNorthern suburbs location with onsite parkingWork for a respected and growing food manufacturing business
