Fetch Recruitment are currently looking to speak to HSEQ Advisors (Intermediate or Senior) within Melbourne for a long-standing Tier 2 Commercial builder.The Role:

Roaming HSEQ advisor - projects situated throughout Melbourne Metro.
Total salary package depends on experience, you will have to supply your own vehicle/fuel.
Working within the recreation, commercial and residential construction space.
Split week consisting of travelling to multiple sites valuing up to $100m+, could be anywhere up to 6 projects being accounted for at any given time.
Ability to ensure compliance with industry regulations, site safety protocols, and company HSEQ policies.
Review/report on matters pertaining to OH&S on site.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address HSEQ issues promptly and effectively.
Directly report to/collaboratively work alongside the company HSE Manager/Site managers to plan ongoing OH&S requirements.
Review sub-contractor SWMS.
Lead comprehensive on-site safety audits: Identify potential hazards, ensure compliance with safety standards, and recommend corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.
Quality control and rectification.
Effective administration and communication with subbies, project management and client/s

Must have:

3 years+ experience in a similar OH&S/WHS/HSR role
Minimum Certificate 4 in OHS/WHS.
MUST have experience using Hammertech
MUST have experience within the Commercial construction industry.
MUST have experience working on complex / high value projects.
