Your New Company:This is your exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised Gym and Fitness club in Kellyville. Renowned for its flexible service offerings and welcoming atmosphere, this club is dedicated to supporting each individuals’ fitness journey while ensuring everyone has a great time!Your New Role:As the Club Manager, your role will be focusing on driving business, whilst creating a fun and motivating environment for both members and the team. You will lead a close team consisting of personal trainers, front desk and support staff. Your duties will include:

Conduct team training sessions
Assist in hiring new staff for the club
Build and retain strong relationships with club members
Run creative marketing campaigns to attract new club members
Address member feedback and concerns promptly and effectively

About You:

Experience in a management role in a Gym or Retail store
Excellent communication skills and an upbeat, social personality
