The Programming Coordinator will work closely with the Programming Manager and Fox Sports Programming team to assist in managing commercial inventory, maintaining schedules and delivery for On Demand content as well as forward planning for content promotion of key events.In this role, you'll have the opportunity to...

Assist the Programming Manager in the creation and maintenance of weekly On Demand schedules and VOD data reports
Forward planning database entry across all Fox Sports channels
Sending 5 week and 4-month advanced programming schedules to Foxtel Media.
Creating break structure templates across all Fox Sports channels
Deliver a monthly list of Programming to SkyNZ
Weekly preparation of Fox Minis in MPT
Delivering daily discrepancy reports and standard as run reconciliation.
Prepare and send daily VIZ schedules (multi-sport channels) promoting key programming and sales priorities
Resend VIZ playlists when changes occur

Your background should include

Entry level position

Broadcast programming/scheduling experience desirable
Sports Management tertiary education is desirable
Knowledge of Programming scheduling software systems is desirable
Strong general sporting knowledge
