We’re on the lookout for skilled High Reach Forklift Operators to join our client’s team based in Richlands, QLD. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a leading Australian dairy manufacturer, supplying the milk products you know and love to stores nationwide.If you’re passionate about logistics, safety-focused, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you!This is an ongoing casual opportunity, ideal for those who value consistency with the flexibility of casual employment.Available Shift:Night Shift: 1:00 AM - 9:00 AM * Day Shift: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PMResponsibilities:

Safely operate high reach forklifts within a cold room environment.
Efficiently load and unload goods into refrigerated trucks.
Maintain accurate inventory counts and perform stock inspections.
High reach operation of up to 7/8 bays high.
Manual lifting of up to 15kg repetitively.
Use of RF Scanners.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high productivity.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

Key Requirements:

Valid Forklift License (with proven high reach operating experience).
Previous operation of Toyota forklifts highly advantageous.
Ability to work in a cold room environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Have a strong work ethic and drive to reach targets.
Commitment to safety and quality work practices.
