The incumbent has extensive knowledge and experience with application development lifecycle, as well as strong technical troubleshooting skill and communication skill.Roles and Responsibilities:

Serve as a key team member in ServiceNow HRSD support team.
Work on ServiceNow portal, Java script , UI Page.
Support ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, HR Agent Workspace, Service portal, integrations, reporting, etc.
Lead effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and deploy technical solutions.
Manage break fixes, enhancement requests, projects, configuration, workflow management, release management, system outrage, system maintenance, testing etc.
Remain current with industry trends to advise, advocate, and implement solutions.

Skill / Competencies / Experience:ESSENTIAL

Bachelors/master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Engineering
At least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support, Enhancements and implementation
Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of ServiceNow HRSD
Excellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow HRSD, Service portal, integration, reporting
Excellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow Portal, Javascript, Angular JS, HTML/CSS, etc.
Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
Proven ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the stakeholders and as part of a team to accomplish tasks
Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
Excellent analytical and time management skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
Strong stakeholder relationship building skills
Strong project management skills

PREFERRED

At least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support, Enhancements and implementation
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly motivated self-driven with a positive attitude.

Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
