Working in a full-time floating position where you'll support Early Childhood Professionals across all age groups and rooms, bringing consistency, flexibility and strong leadership to daily routines.

As an Educational Leader, you will have 5 dedicated hours per week to:

Collaborate with Early Childhood Professionals on curriculum planning and documentation
Guide and mentor the team to uphold the National Quality Standard
Lead reflective practice to enhance learning outcomes
Promote community connections that enrich the learning environment

Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current QLD Working with Children Check
