Senior People & Capability Advisor

• Partner with and support leaders by providing advice, coaching across all areas of HR, including employee relations, performance management, organisational culture, remuneration and benefits,
• Support growth initiatives and work collaboratively with the broader People & Capability team to achieve business goals,
• Regularly consult with business stakeholders to identify short and long-term HR support requirements and targeted initiatives and leading execution work,
• Advise managers and employees on issues related to domestic and international secondments and relocations, flexible work arrangements, higher duty assignments,
• As either a lead or a project team member, develop and execute HR projects for business-wide initiatives.

• Have a breadth of generalist experience including both strategic and operational HR, ideally gained in engineering or construction,
• Successfully worked collaboratively with senior leadership to support strategic business goals,
• A pragmatic professional that connects easily with people and can build and maintain long-term relationships across all levels of an organisation,
• An inquisitive approach, seeking to understand key stakeholders within and across geographically dispersed teams, influencing where needed,
• Ideally a Bachelor level degree or above within human resources.
