- Evaluating business needs and implementing solutions that align with the company's objectives using D365 customer engagement tools
- Offering guidance through the entire development cycle, ensuring the software resolves customer conflicts, enhances interaction, and improves overall service.
- Gather and analyse business requirements and convert them into Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate users on how to utilize the system effectively.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to users, resolving any system-related queries or issues.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure seamless integration with other business systems.
- Keeping track of software upgrades and ensuring the system remains updated.
- Comply with all data privacy regulations and maintain information confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its integration with other business systems.
- Baseline or NV1 Security Clearance due to the nature of our clients
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is a plus.
