Together, we configure the landscape to meet the security, reliability, connectivity and sustainability needs for today and tomorrow.About the role:As a Service Delivery Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth onboarding, project delivery, and overall customer satisfaction. You’ll be the main point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders, helping coordinate efforts, manage expectations, and drive performance outcomes. The role is all about strong stakeholder management, clear communication, and continuous process improvement.Other responsibilities include:
  • Build and manage strong relationships with customers, partners, and on-site teams to support both pre- and post-sales activities.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely responses and coordination of project quotes and proposals.
  • Support contract delivery by meeting required KPIs and aligning with commercial expectations.
  • Facilitate client engagement activities including monthly business reviews, operational audits, and compliance checks.
  • Collaborate with internal CDC teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Stay informed on data centre industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Represent CDC at networking events and act as a brand ambassador.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure technical compliance with Australian standards.

About you:This role would be suitable for a candidate who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is confident working through ambiguity. You’re a natural coordinator, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, juggling priorities, and keeping things moving. You bring strong attention to detail, enjoy working with data and documentation, and have a proactive mindset.Experience in facilities or building operations is a bonus, especially if you’ve worked around technical systems or fire service providers, but it’s not essential.
  • Confident managing contracts and performance reporting (SLAs).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
  • Builds and nurtures relationships with key stakeholders and influencers.
  • Acts as a client advocate, aligning with their strategic goals
