You will deliver exceptional service to locals while attracting new business from the many tourists in this bustling CBD location. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and developing a team, including training and development of new staff
Managing FOH financial costs, including labour and stock control
Overseeing opening and closing procedures with the support of your team
Driving venue growth by attracting new business
Creating memorable guest experiences with seamless interaction
Managing enquiries, events, and special occasions
Skills and ExperienceThe ideal candidate will bring the following:
Relevant qualifications in Hospitality / RMLV / RSA
Proven experience running large, modern restaurants
Strong knowledge of all varied cuisines, wine, cocktails, and beer
Proficiency with POS, rostering, and marketing systems
Experience in function operations and events
Dynamic, energetic, and hands-on leadership style
