- Maintain and update master data in SAP Plant Maintenance
- Manage the effective functioning of SAP to support maintenance planning and work order dissemination
- Plan, prioritise, and allocate routine and non-routine maintenance tasks across critical infrastructure
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance planning and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards
- Proficient in SAP PM and CMMS software
- Strong background in maintenance planning, ideally in industrial or scientific environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to work independently and within a team of experienced planners
- Holds or is eligible for Baseline Security Clearance (Australian Citizen preferred; PR considered)
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing competing priorities
- Hybrid working model (1-2 days WFH)
