These services include a state-of-the-art Operating Theatre Suite, Intensive Care/Cardiac Care Unit, General Medical and Surgical Wards, Womens Care Unit, Paediatric Unit, Renal Unit, Emergency Department, Medical Imaging department and Cardiac Catheter Laboratory. - Eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist General Physician, and/or specialist international medical pathways; OR MBA Registration in another Physician specialty with appropriate documented advanced training, and/or experience and recency of practice in General Medicine.
- Demonstrated current clinical practice relevant to the Hospital in the Home Service at the role delineation of the service.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and provide leadership of a team.
- Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to teaching, continuing education, research and quality improvement.
- Valid unrestricted drivers licence for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to travel in the course of employment.
- Ability to work across the district if required.
