The OrganisationThis university teaching hospital has 343 beds and provides a broad range of services in all specialty areas to the local urban population as well as serving as a referral centre to the whole Top End of the Northern Territory (NT), with a catchment population of over 250,000.The hospital provides acute and complex elective surgical services, including general surgery, paediatric, burns, and thoracic as well as elements of plastic, urology, acute neurosurgery and vascular surgery.
