- Strong understanding of legislation and frameworks to create bespoke safety management systems.
- Ability and confidence to work in a standalone role.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across all organisational levels.
- A tertiary qualification in safety, psychology, health sciences, or a related field.
