- Manage the full claims process from post lodgement to settlement
- Liaise with customers to provide empathetic and professional support
- Act as the initial lodgement point for customers
- Negotiate options as required for accurate processing of claims
- Work within set procedures and standards to ensure all claims are processed in an efficient and effective manner
- Proven track record of end to end motor claims management experience
- Great communication and phone skills
- A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Highly organise and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven analytical and critical thinking capabilities
- Ability to show empathy and compassion by providing best commercial outcome
