Great opportunities for immediately available Corporate Receptionists to gain specialised industry experience within the Professional Services sector, as well as join capable teams and assist in value contribution within clients located in the Sydney CBD and North Shore.

Client Details

With temporary and contract solutions on high demand over the Christmas period for capable and competent Corporate Receptionists across our client network, there are demands to proactively identify readily available candidates with a passion for the corporate and Professional Services sector.


Your accountabilities will include but are not limited to;
  • Welcoming clients and visitors
  • Managing the switchboard and general enquiries through email/phone
  • Provide general admin support to the team
  • Coordinate and assist with social events
  • Conduct data entry and filing of documents when required
  • Manage agendas, travel arrangements and appointments for senior management, if and when required
  • Manage client invoicing and billing enquiries
  • Handle and resolve client inquiries in a timely and attentive manner
  • Ad-hoc duties, where necessary

The ideal candidates will have:
  • Similar experience within Professional Services, Legal or Financial Services sector, essential
  • Experience managing the switchboard and general enquiries line
  • Ability to work with a great degree of independence and can multitask
  • Sound ability to maintain and develop relationships with all key stakeholder both internal and external
  • Strong computer literacy including experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Exceptional time management and communication skills essential
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
