- Assist the Chef De Cuisine with successful daily operations
- Assist the Chef De Cuisine with leading, coaching team members
- Assist in training within the operation including HACCAP procedures
- Assist Chef De Cuisine to prepare and manage budgets where appropriate
- Ensure the product consistency is attained in regards to appearance and taste
You'll bring the following:
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Prior Experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
- Demonstrated experience in people management
- Experience in training and empowering others
- Knowledge and commitment to equal opportunity, ethical practice and occupational health and safety.
- Ability to work Full-Time hours
