Crown is the ultimate destination for dining experiences, with a vast array of casual offerings to more premium settings. We have something to suit everyone's tastes.We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the TWR Team as Sous Chef:
  • Assist the Chef De Cuisine with successful daily operations
  • Assist the Chef De Cuisine with leading, coaching team members
  • Assist in training within the operation including HACCAP procedures
  • Assist Chef De Cuisine to prepare and manage budgets where appropriate
  • Ensure the product consistency is attained in regards to appearance and taste
About you
You'll bring the following:
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Prior Experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
  • Demonstrated experience in people management
  • Experience in training and empowering others
  • Knowledge and commitment to equal opportunity, ethical practice and occupational health and safety.
  • Ability to work Full-Time hours
