- Proven experience as a Safety Advisor on large-scale construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder.
- A strong understanding and working knowledge in Industrial Relations (IR) is highly preferred.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a project team, ensuring the highest safety standards are not only met, but exceeded.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to manage safety protocols and address issues proactively.
