Salesforce Developer | Salesforce, Java, GCP, APIs | Up to $1000/day + GST | Sydney, NSW | Hybrid (2 days onsite) | 12 Month ContractSirius Technology is working with a leading financial services organisation based in Sydney who are looking to bring on board a highly skilled Salesforce professional. This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives, leveraging Salesforce, Java, GCP, and API management technologies.
You will be part of a dynamic technology team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative solutions across the Salesforce platform, integrating with cloud and middleware technologies. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge projects within a well-established financial institution.Responsibilities

Develop, customise, and enhance applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, and APIs.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce, GCP, and Java-based applications.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Support middleware and API management activities, including Apigee.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Ensure adherence to best practices in security, performance, and governance.

Skills

5+ years' hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
4+ years of Java (8+) with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
3+ years' experience working with GCP services and cloud-native applications.
Proven expertise in API integration, middleware, and API management platforms (Apigee preferred).
Strong understanding of cloud security, identity management, and integration patterns.
