As a Commercial Analyst-FP&A, you'll drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, delivering insights that help shape strategic decisions. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you'll play a key role in corporate planning, business reviews, and risk tracking, while leading initiatives to improve reporting and implement systems, including the rollout of Power BI.What you'll be doing:

Supporting end-to-end forecasting requirements within the Commercial Finance teams
Delivering weekly trade performance insights
Preparing month end reports, variance analysis, board level commentary
Coordinating the annual budget and corporate planning processes, including managing timetables, stakeholder engagement, and deliverables
Driving continuous improvement in reporting, planning, and forecasting processes and supporting the rollout of Power BI
Building trusted business partnerships with commercial finance, Group finance, and operational teams.

What you'll bring:

Proven experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or similar analytical finance role.
Strong financial modelling and scenario analysis capability.
Proven business partnering skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Proficient in ERP and BI tools (experience in SAP, BPC, PowerBI is highly regarded).
Critical and objective thinker with strong, cross functional problem-solving skills.
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance related discipline
CPA/CA qualification
Experience within FMCG, Retail or Pharmaceutical industries and/or at an ASX listed company is advantageous.
