Lawyer: Commercial Property

• Work closely with a senior property partner on high-end matters
• Deal directly with institutional clients and listed property groups
• Flexibility: full-time or 4 days/week considered

• Boutique in size, but operates at the top end of commercial property law
• Acts almost exclusively for institutional landlords, including: Listed property trusts, Managed funds, Developers & High-net-worth individuals
• Focuses on leasing, titling, and high-value commercial transactions
• Regularly works on the other side of major law firms and in-house legal teams of national blue chip public companies and services well known household brands as tenant clients

• Work on commercial transactions - shopping center experience a bonus
• Advise on titling and subdivision issues, plans, easements, etc.
• Handle commercial leasing matters (retail focus preferred)

• A lawyer with 3-6 years' experience in commercial property
• Strong experience in leasing and commercial conveyancing
• Familiarity with retail leasing legislation and titling processes
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Able to work fairly autonomously within a boutique structure
• Looking for stability and career development - not a short-term move
