As a Senior Functional Guidewire Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the implementation of Guidewire applications. Your responsibilities will include:-Lead the end-to-end implementation of Guidewire solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.
-Design and configure Guidewire applications, including policy administration, claims management, and billing systems.
-Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables. Ensure successful project execution within scope, budget, and timeline.
-Conduct thorough testing, including functional, integration, and regression testing. Identify and resolve defects promptly.
-Facilitate communication between project teams, business users, and technical teams. Manage expectations and provide regular updates.
-Assist in change management activities, including user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
-Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to minimize project disruptions.Experience:
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
-Relevant certifications in Guidewire (e.g., Guidewire Certified Professional) are highly desirable.
-Strong experience in Guidewire implementation, configuration, and support.
-Strong understanding of Guidewire modules (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) and their integration.
-Proven experience leading Guidewire projects, managing teams, and delivering successful outcomes.
-Ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
-Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
-Analytical mindset to address complex business challenges.
