- Providing strong leadership to motivated branch service staff
- Supporting and assisting the sales team to increase new sales for service
- Ensuring the Rental fleet is serviced and well maintained
- Arranging and scheduling service work on pumping and associated equipment in our workshop as well as at our customers' sites
- Scheduling invoices, credit applications and requests for new suppliers and warranty work in conjunction with the service coordinator
- Facilitating daily kick off meetings and monthly tool box talks, involving Service/Workshop personnel with a safety first mindset
- Providing timely and accurate advice and support to staff and customers on service, workshop and product related issues
- Ensuring that the workshop and service area is maintained in an environmentally safe and organized manner and ensures that all equipment and tools are maintained and used safely & correctly.
