We’re not just looking for technical experience—what we value most are strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, critical thinking and the ability to create positive outcomes through meaningful conversations.Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Build trust with workers, employers, GPs, and allied health professionals, balancing multiple perspectives to achieve the best outcome.
- Case Management: Manage 40–60 claims with a focus on collaboration, goal-setting, and tailored return-to-work strategies.
- Empathetic Support: Provide both practical and emotional guidance, including support for psychological injuries, with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Proactive Administration: Maintain accurate records, draft return-to-work plans, and coordinate logistics with exceptional attention to detail.
- Autonomous Time Management: Plan and prioritise a varied caseload while staying flexible to address urgent needs.
- Natural Relationship-Building Skills: You easily connect with people and foster trust.
- Empathy & Resilience: You can navigate difficult conversations while maintaining a positive, solutions-focused approach.
