This is your opportunity to be part of some of Melbourne's iconic events - from televised events to gala dinners, corporate functions, and more!The roleYou'll play a vital part in delivering exceptional service across our premium event spaces by:

Supporting day-to-day operations including food and beverage service, venue setup, and pack down
Providing outstanding customer service with genuine care for guests
Maintaining high standards of presentation and adhering to RSA and OH&S guidelines

About youWe're looking for individuals who bring:

Minimum 6-12 months experience in fast-paced hospitality or events environment
Ability to perform a 3 plate carry and knowledge of sequence of service
Strong communication to liaise with guests of all levels
A collaborative mindset with a focus on team success
Grooming to meet 5-star standards

Additional InformationThis role requiresTo be successful you'll have:

Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
Availability for 2-3 shifts per week, including late nights, weekends and other peak periods (availability to work key events from 20th September - 5th November will be crucial for the role
A valid Victorian RSA
