Your focus will be on the Industrial & Logistics space in VIC, and you’ll be responsible for providing high level analysis and support the team in a busy role which works closely with internal and external clients.A snapshot of the role:

Collating and analysing data
Identifying investment themes and trends
Report writing for subscriber clients, as well as public facing research papers
Assist our clients with additional enquiries and research requirements

You are a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong computing skills (especially in Excel and PowerPoint)
Detail orientated with a good eye for accuracy, process and deadline driven as well as a multi-tasker
Qualifications ideally an undergraduate degree in Property, Economics, Commerce and other disciplines
