With a long-standing presence in the industry, they are committed to building trusted relationships and supporting clients across a broad range of needs.The OpportunityReporting to the Practice Manager, you will provide vital support across bookkeeping, payroll, and practice administration, ensuring smooth daily operations.Key responsibilities:
Fortnightly payroll for approximately 60 staff
Accounts payable and receivable related tasks
Audit insurance management
Bank, credit card, and trust account reconciliations
Preparation of BAS, IAS, payroll tax, and compliance reporting
General practice administration and support to the Practice Manager
About You
Exceptional bookkeeping skills
Solid payroll experience, ideally using Micropay
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ideally from an accounting or law firm environment preferred
